Kainari FC – Statistics

Kainari FC are the champions and they did it in style!
Kainari FC with the best attacking as well as a defensive line of the league by scoring 60 and conceding 25 goals fairly won the championship.
Apart from the best teamwork statistics and with no intention to underestimate the contribution of any of their squad player in winning the league, a special reference to two of their players has to be made. The top goalscorer of the league, Konstantinos Odysseos by scoring 26 goals was undoubtedly the best striker of the championship, in addition to Giannis Pieridis who was the assist leader with 10 successful assists were their two key players in winning the championship battle.
Kainari FC finished the league level on points along with IQ Option Orange both having 11 wins, 1 draw and 3 defeats. However, they won the championship battle as they had two victories over IQ Option Orange at the two crucial matches of the first two rounds with 5-4 and 3-2 respectively.
Congratulations Kainari FC!

IQ Option (O) – Statistics

IQ Option Orange finished the season as runners up however nobody can deny that they could have won this championship battle against Kainari FC. Being level on points with Kainari FC, IQ Option Orange lost the championship at the matches against their championship rivals. Despite having no impact on the final table ranking IQ Option Orange won the last game of the season against the champions Kainari FC and proved that they lost that battle on fine details.
They scored 59 goals, being the second best attacking in addition to defensive line by conceding 29 goals. Teamwork is the quality to best describe IQ Option Orange as all of their players have contributed both attackingly and defensively. The latter can be proved by the fact that all of their squad players have scored 3 to 9 goals and have assisted 2 to 8.
A team above all and it was an honour for SoGoFootball Business league to have IQ Option Orange participating in the championship.

Columbia – Statistics

Columbia managed to finish the league as third behind Kainari FC and IQ Option Orange.
A consistent team which has scored 47 goals, Columbia could have even fight for the championship title. However, their obvious weakness was their defensive strategy as they have conceded 45 goals. Most of their games were interesting to watch as of their high score. The two draws against RCB with 3-3 and 5-5 in addition to their victory on IQ Option Orange with 5-4 prove the latter.
Two individual awards of Columbia can also draw the conclusion of their attacking philosophy throughout the season.
Yiannis Shittas was the second top goalscorer of the league with 14 goals whereas Marios Shittas was the runner up in the assists leaders run with 9 assists, just one behind the top.
Congratulations to both and above all to the teamwork of Columbia that was one of the teams that the phrase ‘Let’s enjoy football” suits them most!

BDS – Statistics

BDS team, despite that they have performed at high levels at some matches, they lacked consistency and this was the main reason they couldn’t finish among the top teams of the league.
With 5 wins, 1 draw and 9 defeats BDS were level with RCB with 13 points but as of the better results at the matches between the two sides, they finished the league on the fourth position.
BDS scored 29 goals and conceded 42 with their top goalscorer being Sherwan Ali who hit the net 8 times. In regards to assists, BDS’s top assists men were Alex Evangelides and Costas Ioannides with two.

IQ Option (Black) – Statistics

IQ Option (Black) was the team who never lost their motivation and love for the game! If another team would have been at their position the most possible scenario was to give up. However, this was not the case with IQ Option Black. Despite that they have had defeats with big scores too, there were games that IQ Option Black fought until the last second and lost them on details. On the other hand, they managed some big results too such as the draw against the champions Kainary FC with 2-2 in October 2018. They had to wait for 14 games to celebrate their first and only victory in the league which was on RCB with 4-3.
IQ Option Black though was the team to teach us that football is a game to enjoy, never give up and when you fight until the end good results will finally come.
It is important to note that out of the 20 goals which IQ Option Black has scored throughout the league, half of them where scored by Nicos Rentoumis. On the contrary, their defensive line was the worse of the league by conceding 56 goals.

RCB – Statistics

RCB was a team that could have done much better and this is clearly shown by some results with teams finishing higher of them and even in top 3.
By having a win on Columbia at the second round of the league with 4-2 in addition to two draws, with 3-3 and 5-5, it is evident that RCB had the potential to be much higher on the table. However, by losing the match against a team IQ Option Black, with just a win throughout the whole season shows how unpredictable every game can be.
The defence was the major weakness of RCB as their opponents hit their net 53 times whereas they have scored 35 goals.
In terms of individual statistics, Ellinas Philopimin with 9 goals was RCB’s top goalscorer who was alongside with Michael Antonis, George Kleanthous, Konstantinou Argyris top assist leader of the club too with 2 successful assists.

Kainari FC vs IQ Option (O)

Knowing that the ranking on the table wouldn’t have changed no matter the result, with Kainari FC being champions and IQ Option Orange runners up, this game apart from the interest for the individual awards was just important in terms of prestige.
In most of the cases, the runner up has an extra motive to fight and win this game in a way of proving themselves.

This was indeed the case in the Kainari FC vs IQ Option Orange match. IQ Option Orange showed their intentions of winning this game from the first half by scoring two goals. The second half was more balanced with both teams scoring twice with the final score being 4-2 for IQ Option Orange.
In terms of individual awards through the game was successful for Kainari FC as Konstantinos Odysseos scored a goal and won the top goalscorer award with 26 goals in total. Also, Giannis Pieridis with his final assist helped himself to be the winner of the assist leader run with 10 assists.

Columbia vs RCB

Having no pressure on them, both teams wanted to enjoy their last game and play some attacking football. And they did it in the most spectacular way!
In terms of statistics and individual awards, the match mattered for Marios Shittas who was an assist behind Yiannis Pieridis on the assist leaders’ table. Unfortunately for him and his team, he didn’t give any assist at this game however, Yiannis Shittas was on fire and scored a hat trick which helped him to end up as a runner up in the best goalscorers’ table.
We have to congratulate RCB side as well though as they scored three goals and they made this match beautiful and unpredictable. It was a fairly balanced match as the score was even 1-1 at first half with the final score being 3-3.
Columbia ended up as third on the table whereas RCB a position below, on the fourth place.
At this point, we would like to congratulate both teams in contributing to the competitiveness of the league.
Well done guys!

15th Round – The Last Three Matches

The last three fixtures of the league will take place on Monday 18th of February in the presence of the best football manager of Cypriot football as voted for 2016-17 and 2017-2018 seasons, Mr Sofronis Avgousti. It is an honour for us that Mr Avgousti has accepted our invitation and he will be the person to give the team and individual awards.

All three games will be played at 8.30 pm. The first one is that of our Champions Kainary FC against the runners up IQ Option Orange. No pressure will be on teams and they will both try to enjoy the game however there are individual records that may be decided by that game especially the best assist leader award.

At the second match, Columbia is facing RCB. In theory the game is slightly more important for RCB as they want the three points in order to secure the fourth position, However Columbia will aim to win the game too and close the season in the best possible way after the defeat at their last match against Kainari FC,

The last fixture is that between the two bottom sides of the table BDS and IQ Option Black. IQ Option Black will play an open and attacking game and try to double up their victories after their first win at the last round. On the contrary, BDS can finish the league fourth in case they win and at the same time, RCB lose point(s) at their game.

At this point we would like to thank all teams and congratulate them for making the league exciting and competitive.

Well done to everybody!

Kainari FC vs Columbia

Kainari FC was the team with the pressure on their shoulders as they needed the win in order to celebrate the title. Kainari FC though is also a team with quality players, team spirit, confidence and with the ability to win crucial games. Despite being a highly important match for them they made it look really easy as they played open, attacking football with no moment in the game aiming to decrease the tempo.

By scoring two goals at the first and four goals at the second half, Kainari FC triumphed with 6-1 against Columbia.
Miltiadis Vasilleiou with a hat trick, Konstantinos Odysseos with two and Charis Charalampous with one goal were the players to secure the title for Kainari FC in an emphatic way.
Columbia has entered the pitch only physically as at no moment of the match they have shown that they deserve something from that game. With one round to go, they will finish the league third however they want to do it with a victory against RCB.

On the other hand, Kainari FC will go on their last game against their all season title rivals IQ Option Orange by already being champions. There was no more satisfying way for them to finish the season than this.
They deserved it one hundred percent and nobody can deny that they are fair champions. Being the best attacking as well as a defensive side of the league along with the fact that they have won both fixtures against their title rivals IQ Option Orange proves the latter.

Well done Kainari FC!

13 matches without a win were a lot! At the 14th one IQ Option Black got their first victory in a dramatic way!
To be fair, at the last matches IQ Option Black were fighting and giving one hundred percent in order to celebrate a win.
They didn’t give up and yesterday against RCB got the three points that they deserved.

IQ Option Black started the game fully motivated and by playing attacking football managed to score two goals. A dramatic second half took place as RCB turned the game and were in front with 3-2. Despite having no victory up to that point, IQ Option Black had the mental and physical power to score two goals and finally to win the game with 4-3.
They couldn’t have done it though without the vital contribution of Nikos Rentoumis who was on an outstanding form by scoring three goals in addition to assisting one.

RCB need a win at their last fixture as they are now not feeling safe in regard to the fourth position with BDS that face IQ Option Black being just two points away. On the other hand though, IQ Option Black despite the fact that they will finish the championship battle on the bottom of the table no matter their result on the last game, they want to double up their victories and prove themselves as real warriors that never give up.

14th Round – Two More Games To Go

Three more games will take place for the 14th round of the league on Monday the 4th of February.

Kainari FC will face Columbia with the game being highly important mostly for Kainary FC side. They are just two wins away from celebrating the title and have to be serious in order to win the first one. On the other hand, Columbia will most probably finish on the third position however they want to close this championship battle in the best possible way for them.

IQ Option Orange will aim to get the three points against BDS and hope Kainary FC will lose to Columbia in order to catch them on the top of the table. BDS want to win with the target of fourth place being a realistic goal for them.

The last fixture is that between RCB and IQ Option Black. IQ Option Black have nothing to lose and they will try to play attractive football as they did on Monday against IQ Option Orange.
On the contrary, RCB want to finish the league fourth and in order to do that, they have to get the three points at their upcoming match.

Things were simple for Kainari FC before the game against RCB. Three wins were needed in order to celebrate the title.
On the other hand, RCB want to finish as high as possible with the fourth place being the realistic scenario.
KainarI FC gave RCB no chance to breathe at the first half and by scoring three early goals it seemed that the game was over.
However despite that at the second half, they conceded three goals, the contribution of the top scorer of the league Konstantinos Odysseos who scored four times in addition to the assist man Giannis Pierides who assisted three goals was enough to get them the victory with 6-3.
The objectives are clear for both sides. By getting six points KainarI FC will celebrate the title and on the other hand RCB by winning their last two matches will finish the league fourth.

The IQ Option derby was mostly more important for IQ Option Orange as it was a must-win game that would have decided whether they will stay in the title race and continue chasing Kainari FC. On the contrary IQ Option Black had no pressure and they just wanted to play an open game and enjoy football.
The no pressure fact on IQ Option Black acted as an advantage for them and they finished the first half being in front with 1-0. IQ Option Orange knew that a defeat would most probably mean that the title race would have been over for them. As a result, they entered the pitch at the second half, scored five goals, with James Allot achieving a hat trick, and managed to get the three points. IQ Option Black scored twice at the second half being in front with 2-1 at a moment of the game and showed that they will enjoy every moment of the two remaining games being no easy side for any team.
Things are different for IQ Option Orange as they must win the last two matches in order to fight for the title hoping that at the end they will be lucky enough to be champions.

The 13th Round On The Go!

Three more games are taking place on Monday the 28th of January.

The IQ Option derby will mainly decide whether IQ Option Orange’s hopes for the title will still remain alive. With three points behind the top, IQ Option Orange have no other choice than winning this match in order to be competitive until the end of the championship. On the other hand, IQ Option Black will try to enjoy the game with any winning point(s) being welcomed.

Kainari FC are on top of the table and want to remain there until the final whistle of their last match. In order to do that they know that they first have to beat RCB or at the worse scenario draw so they will still be on top. RCB will play with no pressure aiming to get closer to the third place where Columbia is currently at.

Last, BDS will face Columbia and we expect both teams to play an open game in order to score more goals than their opponent and win the match. Columbia want to remain third and hope that IQ Option Orange will lose more points so they can dream of the second place. On the contrary, BDS will aim to get the three points in their battle for the fourth place.

Good luck to all six teams!

After the defeat on Monday against Kainari FC, IQ Option Orange need to win all the remaining fixtures in order to maintain their chances of being Champions. The first half was competitive with the score being 2-1 for IQ Option Orange. On the second half though IQ Option Orange gave RCB no chance to breathe and by scoring four more goals finished the game on 6-1. It is important to be mentioned that all IQ Option Orange players, apart from the goalkeeper, have actively participated in the goals scored by either scoring, assisting or both.

IQ Option Orange will continue the chase of the top side of the table, Kainari FC, and will aim to win all three remaining fixtures. On the other hand, RCB will enjoy their last matches playing with no pressure with the third position being at the back of their mind.

We Continue With The 12th Round!

The championship is being continued on Thursday 24th of January with three important games.

Kainari FC is facing IQ Option Black and after their huge victory on their title race rivals, IQ Option Orange will try to double up their victories on IQ Option company. On theory, the job looks easier as the top is facing the bottom side of the table however IQ Option Black have absolutely no pressure and nothing at all to lose, hence, they will look forward to enjoying the game and fight for a huge surprise.

IQ Option Orange want to forget their last game which they lost, focus on themselves and be back to victories against RCB. On the other hand, RCB, are not far away from the third position where Columbia is now and will try to collect as many points possible with their first goal being to overtake BDS on the fourth place before setting a higher target.

The last game is between Columbia and BDS. Columbia after two consecutive victories will aim for a third one to stabilize themselves on the third place and wait for more points to be lost by IQ Option Orange to even climb on the second position. This was the game everyone was waiting for. The two best teams of the league up to now were ready to face each other in a competitive match that was expected to be won or lost on details, on the quality of a player or couple and on one or two mistakes of the opponent side. This was the picture we had before the game.

And this was actually what happened in the game. A close, tight first half with the score being level at 1-1, made the second half even more exciting. Indeed, it was a really competitive one but the collective quality of Kainary FC was the attribute to give them their most important victory up to now.

Kainary FC are now alone on top, three points ahead of their title race rivals and everything depends on them. Four wins at their last four games will be equal to a championship title. It is as easy and simple. Or maybe not?

Columbia, after their huge victory on IQ Option Orange on Monday, wanted to repeat that on their colleagues of IQ Option Black. Columbia’s main motive was to stabilize themselves on the third place and by taking advantage of the IQ Option Orange- Kainary FC match shorten the distance from the looser(s). On the contrary, IQ Option Black were desperate for their first win in order to start seeing the bright side of the game.

The first half was quite competitive with Columbia leading just by a goal to IQ Option Black. On the second half though, Columbia scored three more goals to take an easy win with 4-0. IQ Option Black have no pressure at all and will aim to enjoy the rest of their fixtures.

Welcome Back In The 11th Round!

Due to unexpected weather conditions, as unfortunately we are not used to that heavy rain and thunderstorms, in addition to business trips of some of the teams there have been some changes to the dates and fixtures.

On the other hand, Columbia wanted the three points in order to climb on the third position and why not to look even higher at the third and final round.

And what a dramatic match that was!

The last game will be played between RCB and IQ Option Black. IQ Option black is still looking for their first victory and hope that they will be luckier in 2019. RCB want to double up their victories on IQ_Option Black, after their 3-2 win at the first round, in order to set higher and more ambitious goals at the final round of the league.

IQ Option (B) vs Columbia

Two teams with similar goals, IQ Option Black and Columbia, faced each other for the last match of 2018 primary league. Everyone expected either a close game with few goals or a high balanced score.
However, Columbia players were in a great form and dominated the match from the first half by scoring three goals and conceding just one. They didn’t stop there and continued on the same tempo at the second half with the final score being 7-2. It is important to note that all Columbia players actively contributed to the goals scored whereas Giovis Enoupoo scored twice for IQ Option Black.
IQ Option Black is stuck on the bottom of the table with two points but they just need a win for their confidence to be boosted and face the future with increased motivation. On the other hand, this was an important win for Columbia and with the seven goals scored are now the third best-attacking side of the league.
Time to relax, enjoy the Christmas holidays and return back in 2019 with a greater desire for football!

IQ Option (O) vs BDS

IQ Option Orange and BDS were both in a good shape coming from a win at their last game. It was clearly a must-win match for both teams as IQ Option Orange wanted to stay on top along with Kainari FC and on the other hand, BDS was aiming to get the three points and start 2019 with even higher goals.

The first half was competitive, both teams defended well and scored a goal each. Everyone was looking for a tough second half where the game would have been decided by a mistake or two.

However, IQ Option Orange entered the pitch highly motivated, scored five goals and clearly showed the reason they are among the best teams of the league with high-quality players. The fact that all IQ Option Orange players apart from the goalkeeper had active participation in their six goals with either scoring, assisting or both prove the latter.

BDS are now nine points away from the top two teams however with six more games to be played anything is possible.

RCB vs Kainari FC

Kainari FC wanted to get another three important points and enter 2019 with high confidence for the title race. It was clearly a hard game on theory for RCB who wanted to get closer to the third place.

Kainari FC though proved themselves as favourites and by being serious from the first moments of the game they finished the first half with a 3-1 score. On the second half they scored another three goals and despite conceding two they managed to get an easy 6-3 win. They couldn’t have done it though without the vital contribution of Konstantinos Odysseos who scored five goals!

Both teams will now relax their body and mind over the Christmas holidays in order to be fully prepared for the last six important matches of the season.

The Last Games Of The 2018 Year!

The last games of the 2018 year will be played on Monday with some interesting fixtures coming up.

For a start, IQ Option Orange will face BDS in a rematch of first round’s 4-1. BDS need to win not only for revenge but also to get closer to the two league leaders. It’s about time they play well against a side that’s on top of them, and now is the ideal game to do that. IQ Option Orange, on the other hand, want to carry on their fantastic run of wins this season and are eyeing on another victory to stay joint top for another week.

The other “leading companion”, Kainari FC, will against RCB and want a win easier than their previous meeting (2-0). RCB are always a fighting side that are capable of beating any team on a good day; have really struggled to show consistency so far.
We expect a nice game as both teams will do everything for the three points.

Columbia desperately want a win on Monday both to move further away from the bottom of the league and also to take advantage of any points dropped by RCB and therefore move ahead of them into fourth place. Their opponents, IQ Option Black, have yet to record a victory so far and this looks like the perfect opportunity. The first game between these two sides ended 8-1 for Columbia and that is something that neither sides have forgotten.

IQ Option Black wanted to win something from this game and knowing how close they were last time, we were up for a good game.

But all of this was all theoretical as Kainari FC were more serious than ever and earned the three points fair and square. IQ Option Black fought till the end as always, but couldn’t score with ease to get back in the game.

RCB vs BDS

It was a must-win game for both teams. RCB knew that with a victory they would overpass their opponents on the league table. BDS, on the other hand, want to win to move clear in third place, also keeping a close distance with the league leaders.

The first half was all square at 2-2. BDS, however, were more accurate in the second half and managed to clinch the three points which now gives them a five points difference from RCB.

The rankings are constantly changing and it only needs a bit of consistency from the teams in order to move up a place or two.

Finally, Next Round On Monday!

Our league resumes next week with all teams playing on Monday, December 10. We have three interesting games ahead of us and everyone looks forward to the matches.

In the first game, BDS will face RCB. There are only two points separating these two sides on the table and RCB want to win to overpass their opponents in third place. RCB had a great game last week, but only managed to earn a point. BDS on the other hand, want to bounce back following last week’s defeat and win against their rivals like they did the first time they met this year.

Columbia will try and repeat last week’s performance as they come up against IQ Option Orange who have a match to give as they didn’t play last week. The game of the first round ended toward IQ’s favor and Columbia will be determined to get their revenge this week; something that won’t be easy as we all know how tough their opponents are.

IQ Option Black still remain the only team without a win but want to change their fate this week when they meet Kainari FC. The league leaders are cruising following their game last week but will not forget the points they dropped the first time these two teams met. IQ Option Black are a team that can cause damage if you are not careful and it remains to be seen if Kainari FC have learnt their lesson or if IQ Option will create another upset.

We had a super match right in front of us but ended with no winner. Both teams will be happy with the point they earned but know very well that they could’ve won. 7 goals in the second half alone pretty much sums up everything.

One more hat-trick in this game too, with Ellinas Philopimin claiming his three goals. Columbia has 4 different scorers on the other hand.

In the end, the draw looked fair, but the improvement these two sides are showing week in week out is the most pleasing factor of all.

It was a tough encounter on paper as BDS wanted to win in their pursuit of the top spot while Kainari FC were determined to prove that last weeks shock was a rare one.

The match was one to be enjoyed by all with a total of 10 goals scored. The second half was vital since Kainari FC scored 6 to finish off the game. Top scorer Konstantinos Odysseos added another 3 to his tally enjoying a great scoring streak. Nikos Metzitikos scored a hat-trick of his own proving that he is not a goalkeeper after all! BDS fought for the majority of the game, but need to convert their chances into goals with greater ease if they are to get results in such games.

It was the highest-scoring game of the season so far and what else can we expect from these full attacking powers of our league?

As We Head Into The Next Round…

As we head into the next round we look forward to the exciting fixtures that this week will have.

Only two games will be played this week as the IQ Option internal “battle” is postponed. Kainari FC with 13 points on the top of the league will go head to head with BDS who sit right behind them with 10 points. It is easy to see how important this match is as BDS have been waiting for this game for a very long time, as they will not only try and win to go top of the league but also get back after losing their first match against Kainari FC. After their first loss last week, on the other hand, Kainari FC will be more determined than ever to win and show to everyone why they are joint first so far.

In the other game of the night, RCB and Columbia will want to take advantage of the other game and move closer to the top with a win, also increasing the distance with their rivals below them.

It will be another fascinating week; we cannot wait till Monday!

Last years Champions Columbia met with this season’s league leaders Kainari FC in one of the most interesting matches in the league where we encountered unused situations, emotions and goals.
The players that stood out for the winners were the goalkeeper of Columbia, George Papaioannou and Marios Shittas. For Kainari FC, there was too much attention on the strength and not the accuracy of the shot, which resulted in a vast number of missed chances. Kainari FC have to leave their first defeat of the season behind and bounce back with a win next week.
It was certainly a shock result, but if Columbia manage to keep up appearances like this one, then who knows what we can expect this season?

Each match shows just how difficult this league is. Any team can beat anyone if they put the effort into it.
IQ Option Orange played nicely in the beginning and took an early 2-0 lead but then focused on protecting their lead. RCB are a team that can cause problems and proved it in this game coming back to draw the match. Ellinas Philopimin scored both goals in what looked like the comeback of the year. In the end, it was a thriller with both teams missing chances for the win. But unfortunately, we were set for a draw as both teams clinched a point each.
IQ Option Orange will still be happy with the point after seeing Kainari FC lose this week. All is tight up at the top and we wait to see what surprises the future holds.

As We Have Completed The First Series Of Games…

As we have completed the first series of games and all teams have played against everyone, now is the chance for teams to evaluate their journey so far. It is also a great opportunity to improve and ‘get back’ on any team they now know more about. Anything can happen now as all teams know each other well and we expect them to be more prepared for each game.

Starting from this week, where teams will face each other for the second time. Teams on the top of the table will look to secure points to stay in the leading positions; while teams closer to the bottom side of the league will want to move up by adding points to their tally.

On an individual basis now, Konstantinos Odisseos seems to be first and clear on the Top Scorers board, while it is much more tight on the Assists board. We must point out Aleksei Zaitsenkov who is the only player to feature on the top 5 positions on both boards. Some players will need to do better if they want to improve their personal rank, and in return help their team improve as a whole.

We expect a lot more surprises in the league as the best is yet to come!

We wish the teams all the best for the next round!

The game was really close and both teams had clear chances to score. The high levels of stress were an important factor in the match and influenced the players. Either side had their dominating period during the game and the first half finished with a draw 1:1.

IQ Option Black opened the second half when Giacomo Basile put the ball in the back of the net after a great assist of Dimitris Exanthos. Unfortunately, a moment later, they lost the opportunity to increase a score when Maxim Pepelyaev pulled off a great save.

RCB with Ellinas Philopimin and Michael Antonis managed to convert their chances into goals much easier and came down it to the final whistle in order for us to find a winner.

BDS vs IQ Option (O)

It was a really tough and highly anticipated encounter we were up against. Two sides aiming high this season were up against a crucial game.

IQ Option Orange with Joan Lopes who was on great form and scored a hat-trick to secure all three points for his side and maintain them alone, top of the league right before next weeks game against second-placed Kainari FC who are breathing right behind them. Of course, nothing would have been possible without Sotiris Panteli, their goalkeeper, who stopped BDS on several occasions from scoring.

The score suggests a much easier game than what it actually was. BDS created a lot of chances but failed to convert them to goals. Sherwan Ali managed to score one and stayed in the second place of the goalscorers board. But unfortunately that wasn’t enough and BDS need to show more consistency in their form if they are to improve their league position.

As The League Continues To Progress…

As the League continues to progress, lets take a look at some interesting facts so far.

IQ Option Orange and Kainari FC have the best defensive record with just two goals conceded. Columbia are the only team not to achieve a single point so far. The first red card of the season was given this week. We also had the first tie of the season this week, when Kainari FC and IQ Option Black came 2-2. Konstantinos Odysseos continues to lead the top scorer board with 6 goals, but Ali Sherwan with his hat-trick last week managed to move up to second place with 5 goals. 4 other players follow the list with 3 goals. Aleksei Zaitsenko leads the assists list with 4 after his fantastic display this week.

This week we have some important fixtures for the future of the League and all teams are prepared to give it their all to earn the three points.

At this point, we would like to remind everyone that this is a Gentlemen’s Elite Business League and we expect everyone to behave in the appropriate manner. This league was designed for employees to enjoy themselves and bond with colleagues and opponents. Winning at all costs should not be a priority.

Good Luck to all teams.

Exness vs IQ Option 4-3

The players arrived early at the stadium to prepare themselves for the big game. The tension was visible and they couldn’t wait to get started.

The final started on time and Exness scored with just seconds to go, with Ivan Parasidis taking advantage of Denis Parasidis’ assist. IQ Option took charge after that and dominated the game, missing a few chances in the process. Aleksey Zaytsenkov warned Exness with a few missed chances but finally equalised with a long-range shot. That was the score for the first half.

The second half started with a lot of stress and mistakes from both sides. Exness took advantage of a few opportunities given to them and took a 3 -1 lead. Their scorers were Aleksey Kokhanov and Sergey Khilenko. IQ Option goalkeeper was suspended with a red card which made things extremely difficult for the “Oranges”. But they were not willing to give up. They eventually decreased the score deficit with Bernardo Silva and leveled the score in injury time with a fantastic solo effort from Aleksey Zaitsenkov.

The game was over and the winner was going to be decided in the penalty shootout.

IQ Option missed all 3 of their penalties and Exness scored just one which proved enough to give them the win! Denis Popovkin’s winning penalty meant the dancing and singing for Exness had begun!
What a dramatic final! Well done to both teams for their excellent behaviour and providing us with fantastic suspense during the game. We would also like to thank all fans for coming to watch.

Congratulations to Exness on winning the cup!

A great surprise was up at the ceremony since ex-Polish and Apoel FC striker Marcin Zewlakow was our guest of honor and gave both teams their medals.

We hope you all enjoyed our Cup and we look forward to your participation next year!

BDSwiss desperately needed points to avoid finishing last in this game but they had to overcome an inform IQ Option side who are in preparation mode for the Cup Final.
The game started well with a goal for each team. A red card for BDSwiss, however, changed the balances of the game since they didn’t have any substitutes available for replacement. Luckily enough, this only lasted for a few minutes since an extra player came late and joined his teams effort!
IQ Option won the game in the end in a dramatic match!
We hadn’t expect so much suspense in this game! IQ Option keep the win in their attempt to get ready for the final while BDSwiss fought till the very end but fell short of energy and passion.

XM 1 vs Swiss Markets 5-2

XM 1 wanted to finish their league run with a victory on the last match. They started the season really well but a few injuries caused the team to drop some points and they fell behind in the chase for the Championship. This demotivated the team to do better as they should have earned much more points by the end of the season. With their apprarance in the last match they showed everyone that they are no pushovers and will be very strong next year as they will aim for the top.

Swiss Markets have enjoyed a run of good games but need to show consistency if they are to achieve a higher position next year. Top Scorer Costas Ioannides was not in shape yesterday and the team in general failed to perform their usual football. Maybe if they had a few substitutes on the bench to rest some players during the game then they could increase their chances of winning some more points.

Overall, the final score is quite fair and XM 1 deserved the 5-2 win.

RCB vs Exness 0-6

Exness wanted the win to prepare themselves for Friday’s final, but hey faced tough opposition from RCB. The game started off well, with both teams showing signs of attacking football. Exness however wanted to finish the game early in order to rest some players for the final and that was possible after the score was 3-0.

RCB tried to step up but failed to convert their chances to goals giving Exness the opportunity to finish off the game. The final score 6-0 was more than fair. Both teams seemed happy at the end of the game since Exness finished second and prepared themselves for the big final, while RCB finish away from last position which was a great achievement considering they were stuck there for the majority of the season.

Last Round

So here we are with only one week to play in the SoGoFootball Elite Business League.

Columbia has already been crowned champions but still, want to win their last match against XM 2 who also need the points to make sure they finish in the top 5 positions. Columbia wants to finish the League first and unbeaten!

Exness want to return to their winning ways following their loss last week and in preparation for the Cup Final. They will face RCB who have jumped a place last week and have a chance to finish away from the last place.

XM 1 who are battling for the third place come up against Swiss Markets. XM 1 will seal third place with a win and don’t want to think of any result other than that. Swiss Markets, on the other hand, could finish as high as fifth with a win, but could even come last if they lose and teams below them win! Hopefully this week they will not play with a player less and will win to avoid any shock!

The other Cup Finalist, IQ Option, will want to prepare themselves for the final with a win. They are also in the hunt for third place in the league. Their opponents BDSwiss, however, have dropped down to last place last week and desperately need some points to finish as high as possible!

We still need to find out who the Top Scorer and Assist Leader will be for the season as many players are still keeping tabs on the prizes. Current Leader Costas Ioannides was absent last week and others had the chance to catch up.

All trophies will be given at the end of the games!

See you all there!

Exness vs Columbia 1-3

One week before the end of the season and Columbia have clinched the title by increasing their margin to 6 points from second placed Exness.

It all began with a very stressful game filled with anxiety and passion. We all know how strong these two teams are, but in order to win this match we needed to see something extra from either side. The game was well balanced and both teams attacked more as the game was played on.
It was only in the second half were the teams started to show the first signs of fatigue that we started to see the game gradually being set on fire.
Both teams played very well and the team that was more accurate on goal was the one to take the win. A win that would mean a Championship as well, since Columbia finally saw that their season’s efforts finally paid off! Columbia still remain the only unbeaten side in the league!
The final whistle was the start to the Columbia celebrations and the famous song “Campeones” was sang with great joy and enthusiasm from the winners! It was also a great pleasure to see many fans at the pitch for both teams, and of ofcourse the winning side’s spectators joined in all the cheering!
At this point we would like to thank both teams for their excellent sportsmanship behaviour and playing fair and square on the pitch.

IQ Option vs Swiss Markets 2-5

So what if Top Scorer Costas Ioannides was absent? So what if Swiss Markets appeared at the pitch with only 4 players?
The game was competitive from the very first minute. IQ Option thought this would be an easy one and started the match rather complacent.
Goals on either end kept us on our toes, but it was really the fact that Swiss Markets got really tired and couldn’t cope with the demands of the game that gave it away.
IQ Option should have finished the game earlier but Swiss Markets really tried to overwrite the fact that they were a man down for the entire game. The final score doesn’t really reflect how close the game was since the winners made sure they cleared the score difference in the end.
IQ Option keeps the three points in their attempt to finish third.
Now one match left for each team to play in the final week of the League.

Almost There!

Two weeks left for the end of the first ever SoGoFootball Business League to finish and the build up to who will be crowned Champions is higher than ever!
In fact, we could even have a champion this week if Columbia wins Exness in their highly anticipated encounter. Columbia faced a shock exit from the Cup and now will give it their best for the championship. Exness is still alive in the hunt for the double and after their qualification to the Cup final now face Columbia in a must win the game to level them on points. We remind you that the score between them for the game was 3-0 for Columbia. Exness must win with at least the same score in order to stand a chance to win the Championship.

Another derby match on Monday night, this time for RCB and BDSwiss, with both teams desperately in need of the win to avoid the last place in the table. RCB were waiting for this game for a while now, but it will not be an easy task against BDSwiss who have shown what a tough opponent they can be in their attempt to avoid the last place.

The XM’s battle for 3rd place as they tie with 14 points is another interesting match up this week. This game will be a real battle within the walls of the company as the players will forget friendships and smiles for 40 minutes and play for the win in order to finish on top of their colleagues and make sure they are the ones smiling in the office on Tuesday morning! Two players involved in the Top Scorer hunt are also involved in this game, one for either team, and it remains to see how they will do in their race for the Golden boot.

IQ Option is also keeping an eye on the 3rd place, and after their massive qualification to the Cup Final will do everything they can to win on Monday. Of course, that is not an easy task as they face Swiss Markets who are looking on fire right now, especially with Top Scorer Costas Ioannides keeping his eyes on the prize and in need of a few goals to avoid losing the Golden Boot just two weeks before the end of the season!

Good Luck to everyone!

And The Teams That Progress To The Cup Final Are…

The end of the semifinals saw Exness and IQ Option pair up for the Cup Final!

Exness played well to win RCB bank 9-1 in the first match in a game that didn’t provide any shocks. RCB appeared with many absences but Exness played their best all the way to the end. Now they await the match against Columbia on Monday for the league in a must-win encounter for them.
Surely tonight’s semifinal wasn’t the best of tests for them, but they showed that they are one of the highest scoring teams and always play attacking the football. RCB, on the other hand, did their best but fell short of energy. Now they look towards the last two games of the league with interest, as they will try to avoid the last place at the end of the season.

IQ Option, in their highest scoring game, showed that they deserve a better place in the league. They will try to finish third in the league while they prepare themselves for the Cup Final.
Columbia came to the game with many absences and IQ Option was not willing to forgive them for this. They played well and didn’t allow Columbia to believe in qualification at any point.
Columbia now looks only at Monday night’s match to seal the Championship with a win. The final score was 7-1 for IQ Option.

On paper, both matches have a favorite to win, but in the cup, anything can happen and all players will play to the final whistle!

IQ Option vs Exness 0-2

It was clear from the beginning that both teams wanted to win for their own reasons. Exness needed the three points to remain alive in the hunt for the Championship, while IQ Option wanted to win to remain in third place and also gain a good psychological advantage ahead of their Cup semi-final game against Columbia on Friday.

The game was really tight with neither team willing to take risks up front. IQ Option had most of the possession but failed to score when given the opportunity. Exness where more concentrated in front of goal and scored twice before halftime.

IQ Option put the pressure on all the way until the end, but Exness’ defense proved impossible to beat. The final score means Exness will have it all to play in next week’s game against Columbia. They remain just three points behind them and need to win to level them on points. We remind you that Columbia is the only team to have won Exness, and the score of the first match was 3-0.

IQ Option now look forward to their semi-final Cup fixture on Friday!

BDSwiss vs Columbia 1-10

With only three games remaining Columbia had nothing but the win in mind. On the other hand, BDSwiss were not going to give up the fight and so the first 10 minutes of the game were quite level. Once the deadlock was broken it was a different game altogether, however, and BDSwiss found it difficult to keep up with the pace that Columbia had set.

BD Swiss tried hard and it was nice to see them play attacking football and not stay back and defend. Columbia was the better side and finished off the game. We saw a few nice goals as well in the process. Now they prepare for next week’s match against Exness and will certainly want to win and be crowned champions of the first SogoFootball Business League!

We remind you that Columbia has the best goal difference in the league and still remain the only unbeaten team!

A very open game right from the start, with no signs of defensive strategies from either side. It was clearly going to be a match with a lot of goals.

Costas Ioannides scored 6 goals on the day and moved clear to the top of the Goalscorers list, while Vasilis Koudounas only scored once and fell behind in the race. Only two more games left to see who will finish top, but I think that Swiss Market’s striker has one hand on the trophy already!

The score of the game could have been higher since there were a lot of shots taken on both sides, both on and off target.

The two teams seem to be trying to figure out their strategies for the next season already, as we have seen several players trying out new positions and roles within the field.

6 goals scored on the same match is a record for our League!

RCB vs XM 1  2-2

Following the shock of their cup elimination on the penalty shoot out, XM 1 wanted to bounce back when they faced RCB who are currently at the bottom of the table.

The game was level from the start, and it was difficult to point out a winner. RCB is continuously proving how their league position doesn’t match their potential. They desperately don’t want to finish last this season and are doing well to achieve that goal. Unfortunately for them Swiss Markets won their game and moved up; so now they have to overpass BDSwiss who remain just 2 points clear.

XM 1 moved up to third place with the draw they earned, though level on points with XM 2 and IQ Option. XM 1 is one of only 3 teams in the league that has a positive goal difference. Their new target is to finish third alone now and they have two more games to obtain that goal.

On an another note, Christos Asprou only managed to score once and needs to score more if he is to stay in the race for the Top Goalscorer award.

Round 12 Underway!

Round 12 is underway as the list of this week’s fixtures holds a few interesting games.
For a start, RCB face XM 1 and both teams are showing improvement and want to win. RCB need the three points to increase their chances to move away from the bottom of the table while XM 1 want to continue their run of good appearances despite losing to Columbia last week and to Exness in the Cup. This is their chance to get the win and climb a spot or two in the table.
XM 2 will play against Swiss Markets and both sides will give it their best to win and improve their position in the table. Vasilis Koudounas will try to score as well in order to remain in the top scoring position.
League leaders Columbia will face BDSwiss in a rematch of Friday’s cup match between the two sides. For Columbia winning is a one way road as the wish to remain top while BDSwiss want a better result than that of the Cup.
Exness and IQ Option will play the last match of the night and it looks like a tough game. Exness need to win to make sure they are right behind Columbia ahead of next week’s game, while in form IQ Option need to show they are in good shape for the semifinals of the Cup.
Good luck to all!

Quarterfinal Results

The first stage of the SogoFootball Elite Cup has been completed tonight with the following results.

Columbia 8-0 BD Swiss
IQ Option 3-0 XM2 (did not show up)
Exness 4-4 XM1 (Exness win 2-0 on penalties)

The semi-finals will be played next Friday and both games will start at 20:15. The games will be:

Cup Starts Today!

So the highly awaited Cup starts tonight with three very interesting match ups underway.
A lot of teams see this as their chance to win some silverware after falling behind in the League table. Teams that had a shaky start to the League and couldn’t catch up despite their improvement can start fresh and progress to the next round! On the other hand, the League’s top-ranked two teams Columbia and Exness are already eyeing the double!

We expect all teams to behave in their usual sportsmanship manner and try to win on the pitch fair and square!

League leaders Columbia were up against XM 1 who have played well in recent games. Many thought this was the night were Columbia would stumble and fall but they have their eyes on the prize and are continuing to cruise to the Championship!
Columbia had a difficult task to begin with having Socratis Christofi out with an injury and XM 1 starting the game with no substitute available on the bench. Both teams put their problems aside, however, and stayed focused in this really important game.
They both had their chances as expected but Columbia were more accurate on target. It was a match with a lot of strong tackles and fouls since strength took over technique.
XM 1 now look forward to the cup as they want to start fresh and prepared to progress to the semifinals.

We had no idea what we were up to ahead of this fixture; what a surprise the two teams had in store.
Only minutes earlier, the cup draw brought the teams face to face against each other in the quarterfinals and one would think that they would start the match reserved and holding back. The result was quite the opposite I must say!
IQ Option scored first, only for XM2 to turn it around and lead by 5-2 at halftime. Those that thought the game was over were simply fooled as IQ Option managed to level the game only minutes away from the final whistle.
Another IQ Option draw was underway when a goal on the last second completed their comeback giving them all three points! Certainly a match to remember!

Swiss Markets – RCB 5-5

What a game we were up as both teams wanted to win to move clear from the bottom of the table. Either side played one of their best games and goals on either side meant they had to share the points in the end and keep their current positions in the league table.
The match started of in a friendly manner but it wasn’t long till the first goals changed the balances in the game. The tie at the end is a fair result as the final whistle couldn’t separate the two sides. Swiss Markets and RCB are the most improved teams over the last few games and it seems that they are both trying very hard to avoid finishing in the last positions of the league.
Good news for both teams is that BDSwiss lost and that means that they now moved one point closer to them.

Exness were the favorites, to begin with, but no one imagined a score like this. BDSwiss were short of players this week but it was clear that Exness wanted the win much more. Earning the three points was a one-way road for Exness and they were up to prove a point.
Only seconds after the game started Exness scored, taking an early lead. BDSwiss were trying to regroup but by that time Exness were way in front in the scoreline.
They played really nice team football and gave no chance to their opponents to claim anything from the game. BDSwiss tried to balance things in the second half and played organised from the back.
We enjoyed a nice attacking game where Exness took what they wanted and stayed right behind Columbia only 2 weeks before the match between them.

Cup – Draw

So after the cup draw today the quarterfinals are as follows:

RCB qualifies without playing
Exness – XM 1
Columbia – BDSwiss
IQ Option – XM 2

At this point we would like to thank our special guests Mr. Bernd Stange, Mr. Freddie John Paul and Mr.Zafiris for their presence at our draw.

For the Cup only, each team is allowed to add 2 more players, providing they work in their company.

Also, in the case of a draw at the end of a knockout match, there is no extra time, and the game will head straight to penalty shootout. Each team will take 3 penalties. After that, if we still have a draw, then we will follow the process of “sudden death”.

Good luck to all teams!

After The Short Break All Teams Are Ready To Return To Action.

We have a few interesting matches coming up this week and we surely look forward to Monday!
For a start, league leaders Columbia face XM 1 in a tough game. XM 1 looks ready to create an upset but Columbia remains unbeaten yet and wants to maintain this fantastic run.
Second-placed Exness go head to head with BDSwiss who look to be in form at the moment. Exness don’t want to loose any points in order to take advantage of any points Columbia might drop.
IQ Option will play against XM 2 and as both teams are looking rather unstable in their results lately, this will be a good opportunity for either end to get back on track.
On the other side of the table, Swiss Markets will face RCB. Both teams won last week with big scores and desperately want to continue their winning ways and increase their run. Swiss Markets want to stay on top of RCB in the League table so winning is a one-way road.
Good luck to all teams!

RCB vs XM 2  5-3

At a pre-match glance, we were up for an interesting  game since the two teams appeared at the stadium with their best players absent. XM 2 top scorer Vasilis Koudounas was out due to suspension and goalkeeper Maxim Pepelyaev was absent for RCB Bank.

XM 2 came to the game with only 5 players, and RCB took advantage of that starting the game very well. The match looked to be finished just after the second half had began when RCB went up 4-0 but XM 2 hadn’t given up just yet, making it 4-3 and setting fire to the game! Another goal from MVP Philopimin Ellinas made the final 5-3 and unfortunate XM 2 had no energy left to turn things round.

The second victory of RCB was sealed and now they look to build on that. XM 2, on the other hand, will quickly want to forget this game and certainly will look forward to the return of their scorer for the next game.

IQ Option vs Columbia 0-5

A highly anticipated game between two very good sides. Lots of people thought that IQ Option had the quality to break the winning streak that Columbia has enjoyed.
For the first 10 minutes it looked like, they were right, as the teams enjoyed a balanced encounter. But it all turned upside down as Columbia scored goal after goal, finishing IQ Option’s hopes in any positive result out of the game.
Once more Columbia proved to be too hard to beat, as goalkeeper Christos Markoullis kept another clean sheet on the night. Mario’s Nicolaou scoring ability proved lethal for Columbia and made the difference in the game.

The absence if Sergey Astakhov proved too much for IQ Option following his red card from last weeks game. Benjamin Ribeiro was the man to stand out for IQ Option. It remains to be seen if league leaders Columbia will remain unbeaten till the end of the season.

XM1 vs Exness  1-2

In a game where both teams wanted to win, we were up for an interesting match. Exness had to win to make sure Columbia were still in reach, while XM 1 needed the points to move closer to XM 2 in the table.
The game was dominated by passion and strength. Lots of fouls were given by the referee. The stress was building high and so the players were short of concentration in front of goal, failing to score on either side in several occasions. The low scoring result was a result of this.
Exness dominated the first 10 minutes of the match and scored twice to lead 2-0. XM 1 had their period of dominance but only scored once, meaning the crazy last 10 minutes was full of ups and downs. Numerous attacks and shots went missing, and so the final 2-1 meant Exness took the three points and stayed within reach of league leaders, Columbia.

The two teams faced the game without any pressure and looked forward to an enjoyable evening. At the back of their head, however, both wanted to win and take the three points their way.
It was an open game, both teams neglected defensive strategies and focused on attack. Many players tried many dribbles which were nice to view.
Costas Ioannidis certainly didn’t see the game as a friendly match and scored 5, significantly moving up the top scorers list! Robert Paluch tried to save the day for his team, but he was short of help.
Spectators enjoyed a stress-free, high scoring game. In the end, Swiss Markets clinched the victory and moved closer to BD Swiss in the table. Let’s just wait and see who will finish higher by the end of the season!

This Week’s Fixtures

After last week’s results, we are expecting the next matches to be filled with excitement and drama. All teams are showing improvement but some are desperately in need of some points on the table. This week is a great opportunity for all teams to improve their current position.
Also, the top goalscorer award seems to be hiding a few surprises, as quite a few players are keeping a close eye on the top position. Especially this week, as Vasilis Koudounas is out due to suspension, this gives the opportunity for others to either catch up or even take over!
Interest is also building up for the assist leader award, as a few players are improving their individual tally, improving both their teams chances for a win, but also their own position in the rankings!
So lets see what is hiding behind round 10 in a highly anticipated round!
Good luck to all teams!

League leaders Columbia continue to cruise their way to the Championship as they beat RCB’s resistance. The scoreboard doesn’t really reflect the image of the game, as RCB gave a strong fight to earn something from the game.
It was an open game right from the start, and those who thought that RCB were going to stay back and defend, were mistaken. There was a clear difference in the scoring abilities of the two sides however and was the decisive element in who was to win.
Stelios Kalopedis was on fantastic form scoring four times and making sure Columbia stayed away from trouble like last week. Columbia is looking unstoppable right now and it remains to be seen if there is any team worthy of breaking their unbeaten run.

XM 2 vs BDSwiss 2-1

The rain was constantly pouring as the sun went down. The slippery surface made it difficult for the two teams to play their football. It was all about strength and power.

Very few chances from either side marked the first half, but two very late goals back to back from either side came to unsettle the scenery! For BD Swiss it was late coming to Peter Kosman who scored, and for XM2 who else? Vasilis Koudounas made sure he was on the scoresheet!
A stunning second half was underway with chances on both ends, but Vasilis Koudounas assisted ex-goalkeeper Constantinos Oueida who made it 2-1! Not a bad tactical decision after all!
XM 2 defended their lead and BD Swiss failed to convert their chances into goals, and that meant that XM 2 walked away with the three precious victory points. Vasilis Koudounas gave away his man of the match by getting a second yellow on the very last minute, which meant not only that he was sent off, but that he will miss the next match in a crucial point for both his team and his top scoring place.

Hatrick Hero!

A very tough and close encounter in a game with all to play for. An open match as expected, but Exness smiled last as Georgii Bartenev scored and made sure the game went his side’s way with his hattrick.
It was Swiss Markets that opened the scoreline however when Costas Ioannidis scored a nice long range shot.
The lack of substitutes proved costly for Swiss Markets as they were out of breath and stamina by the end of the game. This was a factor that Exness took advantage of and took the three points their way. It was a close game and kept is on our toes till the very end, but it was the Yellow’s who smiled in the end!

Let’s Take A Look At The Upcoming Games For This Week.

Leaders Columbia face RCB and want to avoid last weeks struggle with another victory. Bank giants RCB, on the other hand, may be on the bottom of the table, but will not give up any easy fight as they gradually seem to be improving as a team.
Second placed Exness will go up against Swiss Markets in an attempt to return to their winning ways, following their draw last week. Swiss Markets will seek for an upset since it’s something they have already done on several occasions.
XM 2 and BDSwiss will face each other as both teams will try to earn the three points after failing to do so in the previous week. Both teams see this game as the perfect opportunity to bounce back and climb a place or two up the table.
The most interesting fixture of the evening lies under the game of IQ Option and XM 1 where the winner will most likely get third place. XM 1’s top goalscorer Christos Asprou returns after suspension, while IQ Option captain Joan Lopes seems to be on fire lately, and all of this adds up to a thrilling game!

RCB started off better and had a nice chance to open the score. IQ Option bounced back quickly and dominated the game by creating more chances. By half time IQ Option where 0-2 up and many rushed to say that the game was over!
Second half was very different with either side scoring and RCB looking confident for the comeback. Both teams played nice attacking the football. It was also nice to see many different players scoring for both teams, but IQ Option captain Joan Lopez scored twice to make sure all three points went to his team.

Exness and XM 2 shared the points in what turn out to be a thrilling match.
XM 2 had a shaky start to the game following their loss last week. This is something that Exness tried to take advantage of starting the match with attacking manner and scoring early with a wonderful heel flick with Aleksey Kokhanov.
Exness had several more chances to finish off the game but failed to do so. This gave XM 2 the courage to step up. The leagues’ top scorer Vasilis Koudounas couldn’t stay a second consecutive match without scoring, so with a beautiful solo effort very late in the game managed to equalise. The teams played nice football with a number of chances created on both ends of the pitch. Both goalkeepers put on a show by stopping the opponent strikers on several occasions. XM 1 showed us how vital their top scorer Christos Asprou is to them as they failed to score on numerous occasions. BDSwiss had Chris Papageorgiou on a good day giving two assists, and Borja Gomez Fernandez netted two goals to make sure his team got the victory. Peter Kozman also made the score sheet. XM 1 side was out of luck, and so goals from Andreas Rouvis and George Georgiou proved not to be enough to take away anything from this match.

Second Half Of The Season About To Kick Off!

With all the teams now familiar with each other, the second half of the season will surely hold a lot of surprises! Teams that have been underachieving will now have their chance to bounce back and climb up the league table, while others will have to maintain their streak to stay as high up as possible.
Columbia remains the only unbeaten team, while Exness, XM 1 and RCB are teams that haven’t tied so far. League leaders Columbia also have the best goal difference. Vasilis Koudounas and Christos Asprou both lead the league in goals, but Vasilis will have his chance to go top by himself this week as Christos is out due to suspension. As for the assist leaders, once again we have a combined first place with Stelios Kalopedis and Joan Lopez both on 7.

Perhaps XM 1 fell asleep a little as Colombia took advantage and with a quick reply made it 1-2 and continue the comeback with Marios Nicolaou scoring two good goals either side of half-time.

Colombia then kept things very well organized and tight and through some good defending saw out the game with an impressive 4-2 win over a physically strong XM 1 side.

In a great competitive encounter between IQ Option and XM 2 we saw some great individual displays from Yiannis Zittis and perhaps the best centre-forward in the league Vasilis Koudounas.

But it was IQ Option that’s started best and took an early 2-0 lead after some great team play and two goals from Christoforos Andreou.

XM 2 fought back and through some excellent combination play from Yiannis Zittis and Vasilis Koudounas scored to make it 1-2.

Joan Lopez from IQ Option had a quick reply though and some nice team play led to a nice goal and a 3-1 lead at half time.

In the second half though Koudounas added another 2 great goals one left foot curler in the top corner and another from a clever through pass from a free kick again provided by Zittis and coolly finished by Koudounas who grabbed the hat trick and MVP and really looks like a complete center forward and now tops the goalscoring chart for the league with a healthy 8 goals in 4 games!

Whereas IQ Option, a late entry to the league have shown everyone what a solid and well-organized team they are.
